My service rep was amazing - I have been having issues w my car alarm for several years and each time I have been told there was nothing wrong and the noise it was making was a normal warning that my car was unlocked or armed etc. but Manuel took the time to pay attention to my concerns and helped to solve my issue that was ongoing for literally 3 years.. Very happy to have been taken care of by this service rep today.. He saved me as a customer as I was ready to give up on Honda due to this annoying alarm issue.

1) $200 diagnostic fee not applied to $1200 repair. Service agent insisted both had to be charged separately, then agent said $200 would only get applied had I asked him to do so earlier when first checking in. Need clarification from Norm Reeves Service Dept head or General Manager. Previous visits to Norm Reeves West Covina Honda had the diagnostic fee applied to the repair work performed. 2) Service agent did not fully disclose comments from the mechanic. Mechanic said leak and puddle on ground was likely water from A/C functioning properly. Agent did not disclose this to me. Agent did not provide photos of mechanics discovery. Agent did not provide mechanics assessment of oil pan gasket leak urgency or nonurgency. I approved work that seems to perhaps have been not urgent and unnelated to the initial complaint. Work performed was otherwise acceptable.

Andrew was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at that norm reeves Honda. I’ve been going there for years and have never experienced service as good as his. He was patient, honest, sincere and genuine. If all your service employees were like him you guys would be exceptional. I hope Andrew becomes a supervisor or manager one day so he can train your service people to be the way he was. 10/10 stars for his work!
