Am not satisfied with any of the service done by Honda. Its ridiculous and pathetic service.My car honda crv 2025 had to do 2 battery change and still needs to jump start my car.upon talking to managers they told me to do the lemon law and when asked to give us in written which they couldn't provide the written comment.so frustrating, will never recommend anyone to get a vehicle with them big brand but small mindset.

Arrived for a scheduled oil change at 4pm on 8/13/25.Genaro Perez was not mindful of my time and unprofessional. I waited over 2 hours to receive an update on the status of my car. Gabriel Peng explained my drain bolt was stripped and that the technicians could not perform an oil change, he explained I needed a new oil pan or to have my vehicle towed. I was notified about this at 6pm by Gabriel, two hours after my scheduled appointment. I picked up my car on 8/14/25. I am very unsatisfied that I wasn’t notified sooner by my advisor. Overall a frustrating experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere and would like to not be contacted any further by this dealership.
