When I showed the rep for a coupon for oil change, she told me that she will honor the coupon. When I paid for the service, she did not apply the discount. When I brought it up, she told me that she can't refund the difference but will get her manager to help her. She told me that I will get a call about the refund but I never did. I called back in a week and the rep told me that she has spoken to the manager and the refund will be back to my credit card. Three days later, the rep told me that the Covina dealership has a different operating system that does not allow them to refund customers. She told me that since she could not give the refund, she will give me a free oil change and email it to me. Two more weeks passed and I have not receive the coupon. The refund was only $11. I will not come back to this dealership because of the service I received. Most importantly, the rep was not truthful.

We bought a Honda for dependability. Every time we take are 2013 accord in for a simple oil change, there is always something wrong with our car, according to the service dept. it leaves one to think, is Norm Reeves a con operation? Service advisors are paid to up sell. Or is Honda’s quality garbage?
Now we need a valve cover gasket really? At 67k miles.
