Everyone I talked to during my visit was very helpful. The valet helped reassure me that I was in the right spot when I drove in. Gabriela was very clear and thorough in explaining the notices about my vehicle from previous inspections, and she didn’t pressure me to pay for any services I didn’t want taken care of yet. Michael at the Parts store was very helpful as well, he explained to me the prices of the materials I needed for an engine coolant change and helped me get the right crush washer for my engine drain plug. It was a genuine pleasure to meet everyone I met at the dealer today. Thank you.
