I don’t have problem with Javier Lopez, he was very nice and professional. My concern was about the appointment system, PLEASE do NOT overbook !!! My appointment was at 10:15, I arrived early (9:49) to insured I came on time. However to my disappointment the service representative (Javier) only approached my at 10:46, that’s unacceptable !!! Almost an hour wait, even with an appointment, I understand… they were busy, it’s Monday morning, but still thsts NOT an excuse. DO NOT overbooked, as we are all busy and thsts why we made appointment. 15 minutes wait is more reasonable than a 32 minutes ????????. I better go to other dealer, after my 36 years of loyalty to your center, and I’m not appreciated. Thank you for opening my eyes for NOT to come to norm reeves AGAIN !!

The service representative was amazing. But the after fact was awful. The fact that I took my car in and it’s under warranty that a car that’s only 2 years old should not be having to start. Then picking up my car and needing an alignment because of work you guys had to do. And then wanting to charge me almost $300 is crazy. When I took my car in it was fine and did not need one. To given my car back with a screw in my tire. Was the topping on the cake.
