The weight oil on the ticket was not the correct weight for my trucks motor. I asked Kevin about it and he said yes he knew but the mechanic would put the proper weight in it. Now I’m not sure what weight oil was put in it. He said you only have one code for oil change. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the estimate to reflect exact product to be used. I feel I need to have the oil changed again to know for sure it has the proper oil... or do I just drive the truck and hope nothing happens to the motor... after a service at a dealer the customer should not have such questions... 2018 canyon Diesel

I sat for over an hour to get a tail light bulb replaced which should have taken ten minutes at the most. There seems to be little reason to have an appointment.

I’m very happy that Sean heinen was available to help me when I drove over the dealer because the problem the car was having was not one to wait. I need it to jump start my suv every time I need it. I could not get a hold of anyone. I was told Sean was not working this day and the women on the other end did not understand the problem and after my husband had describe in detail our concerns with our lease suv she was giving us a week or two when a loaner would be available. After having talking with her twice and not been able to come to a better solution.I went ahead and went to the the dealer to have some one more knowledgeable help me and also because no one was answering the phone after that last talk we had with the receptionist that didn’t quiet get that Inness it to get the SUV as soon as possible in. That’s when I decided to take the suv in and hope to get the right help. Thank God Sean was there. He was ready to hear my concerns and rapidly came with an answer to leave my suv there and provide me with a loaner vehicle just like that. I was so happy that this knowledgeable individual works for this company. I truly have not had any good experiences at Marvin K brown until I met Sean Heinen and now things go smoothly and fast.
