I was informed by my service rep that the warranty repair work was approved for payment, afterwards I was informed that I was on the hook for half the cost of the repair. Although resolved the rep never acknowledged and apologized for handling my situation wrong.

Scheduling my appointment was a bad process (I sent an email about this. The only other thing was that my car was there for a week. It was scheduled to be be complete on Friday, which it was.
