Sean did a great job and went above and beyond for what is a GMC issue that reflects poorly on their product. This was remedied by him contacting GMC and explaining the issue and getting some subsidy to cover what clearly was a GMC product defect.

Had an appointment on Friday, was going to have it done by the end of the day but did not get a call so I call and texted but response, so I had not car over the weekend all so called Greg service manager on Saturday did not call, So I don’t know how you can run a service center with no communication customers, I will not bring my car for any service, it ****!!
