The tech left my oil plug off not even hand tight. So I caught it because I had a puddle of oil under my truck. I called Robert and told him I’m gonna make sure I can tighten it and check the oil level to see if Safe to drive. He said he would call me back in 10 mins. I checked the plug and it wasn’t even finger tight. I tightened it and checked level still over half way up stick. Waited 20 mins and Robert didn’t call back. I went to dealership. He brought it back and apologized. Explained. With Jake the frustration to get someone on the phone with an emergency like this. He was also apologetic. I haven’t been able to talk to Greg as I work during the week and no manager is avail on Saturday.
