Service was great, disappointed I was lied about my maintenance package. Not a service issue though. Sean did an amazing job and was great to work with.

jared was very professional and tried his absolute best to solve the situation -his customer service was very good. Overall MKB told me my recall fix would be 10 minutes, I allowed 45 and it still wasn't enough and I had a small child waiting on me and MKB continued during the service to not be honest about the time remaining - that was very frustrating
