My other car is done within a specific amount of time but my gmc takes multiple days and there are no rides home or loaner cars. My other car is usually an hour max 3 for a big service.

So I appreciate the fact he got me in and worked on my vehicle but as far as customer service this was atrocious. You had my car 4 days and I did 3/4 of the contact to see where I was with my vehicle. I even showed up to check on the status because no one including my service writer answered the phone.
