The decision to add a 3% service fee for using my credit card to pay a $1,000 bill is infuriating. This new “policy”, instituted by Rapids Honda wasn’t communicated prior to approving service. This is a bad look that makes me want to take my future service business elsewhere. Maybe renegotiate your credit card POS agreements to reduce your interchange fees instead of passing it along to your customer base. Booo…
