I have no complaints with Micheal rather the computer program/system. It would be nice if the paperwork was accurate in reference to the fuel amount and the initial price for service. My visit was for a complimentary oil change and the initial paperwork provided online showed a charge which I returned to the service area to question it and it received an acceptable answer. When I received notice of completed service the charge was adjusted to only
shop supplies. Finalized paperwork was accurate and indicated no charge which I was happy to see. It was a minimal inconvenience for me to have to return to the service advisor to address it.
