After waiting over 2 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment I inquired at the service counter when my vehicle would be done as I was told it would only be an hour - an hour and 20 minutes. After the looked around I was told the tech took the wrong car and that my car had not even been started yet. It blows my mind that what I was told would take an hour could get done in under 30 minutes. I mean that how long an oil should take. This is the second bad experience I have had with your service department. The fact that we got 2 free oil changes and the auto butler with our purchase is the only reason I’ll be back.

Usually my answer is "yes, completely satisfied". Two items made the answer different this time. Most importantly, the lack of communication around the new surcharge applied when using credit cards to pay. Though this charge may have become necessary from a business perspective, communication about it was nonexistent, and that is not a good business decision. If this is not being applied by all Honda dealers, I will be taking my service business elsewhere.
Secondly, service took around 4 hours, longer than usual, and I would appreciate proactive and periodic timing updates when it's going this length of time. Thank you.
