The only complaint I had was that the maintenance message was still displaying and the steering wheel had not been wiped down.

First time coming to get service on my vehicle 7/9/25 and it was horrible. Customer Service was very unprofessional. Not one said “I will be with you one moment”, “Just wait one second “, nothing ! And as far as my car is concerned I didn’t see anything was done to it but a quick outside wash with dirt still left on…a 3-4 hour job they say turn into 1 hour if that. I will never come back, especially being my first time experience. NO.
