Could you let me know if the air filter was changed? The paperwork said it needed to be changed but I didn’t see where it was actually changed.

My Pilots steering wheel has been off center since I took delivery a couple months ago and 2400 miles. Drew double checked and said the factory covers the alignment once in the first 12/12k. He did a perfect job and scheduled my alignment for the following morning. When I arrived a different service writer with a rude additude contradicted Drew's statement. Luckily the Service Manager walked by and after hearing the whole story told him to write it up and have it warrantied. The rude service writer doesn't belong in that roll dealing with customers. There were other indicators of his behavior before I even spoke to him. I repeat that Drew handled the situation very well on his end. The other guy not so much. I'm a retired Master Tech of 34 years and owned my own shop too. That guy would have been fired if he worked for me. I want to thank Mikey for his help in keeping me up-to-date and the team at Honda for servicing???? my CRV. I had the auto Butler, diamond fuse, and an oil change. I was told I would need new tires. Will keep that in mind, checking out possible pricing by former service station. I knew it would take some time to get everything taken care of that was done today so I was prepared with things to keep me busy. Your lounge area is nice, I sat by the cappuccino latte machine… thank you again. I was pleased with my service.

Everything went great I was back to work within 30 mins from dropping car off and the shuttle service back to work, and the pick up again with John/ or Jon is always a pleasure,driven me back and forth now a few times. Mikey is the best employee at Rapids Honda. He is caring and he will help troubleshoot to fix any problem. I like Mikey and the service team more than I like the car sales people. It seems that the 2 user cars I have purchased both had problems and should have been fixed prior to being sold. Mikey figured out both complex problems. Today’s service went faster than predicted.

I had yearly maintenance done on my 2025 CRV, which meant having to leave my car. A driver was selected to drive me home and once the service was complete, that same driver picked me up at home and off we went to pick up my car. In addition to the Auto Butler treatment, I requested tire rotation, oil change, fluids monitored…all of which was done. I have complete trust in the Service Department and mechanics, and am happy to recommend Rapids Honda when asked for a referral. My score is 5 out of 5 stars‼️
