The service itself was satisfactory, not getting the car wash was very disappointing and not getting the molding coming off on the front driver side wheel well issue resolved was very aggravating. I called this dude I think Shane was his name, he never called me back. I called the same dude about something immediately after purchasing the vehicle, I don't know how many times, never called me back. When I got to this appointment, I complained about this dude not calling me back and I wad told, that's Shane right there, he's with a customer but I'll have him talk to you when he's done. Never saw him again. I have an appointment next Friday because the seal on the air conditioner is apparently bad, and I'd like to have this body issue resolved at that time. The dealership claimed and the Carfax confirmed that this vehicle was never in an accident, and clearly it has been. Idk how you can explain that, but I really would like this body issue looked at next Friday.

I appreciated working with Lucas. He was a great help, knowledgeable, kind, and provided excellent service. Even as the staff was transitioning to a new system Lucas was able to answer questions and provide helpful advice. I really appreciated his knowledge of what the service workers found but also not any pressure from him to have more service done before we were ready. It is because of working with people like him why I keep coming back to Rapids Honda and continue to have our vehicle serviced there.

Didn't have my cell phone number in the system why was it taken out and the other numbers still there. Didn'. t have that I brought my tires at Honda trying to charge me for a tire rotation the information was there last oil change
