It took twice as long as I was told it would take when I got there. Over two hours for an oil change is ridiculous.

I believe that the customer service was very poor and there was a huge lack communication. My car sat for 3 months and nothing was done, and I understand the shortage of parts but we had no options for an aftermarket part until we decided to take my vehicle elsewhere and mentioned they were using an aftermarket part.
