when I bought my new hybrid, CRV, I paid for mats. They were on back order. When I brought the car in to have the roof racks installed, the customer service rep told me to call Marlon at 8:30. I felt like she should’ve had Marlon call me, and not make me do the work, since they were already paid for and I wrote out a check for cash for the car.

I was there for oil change Nd tire rotation. They couldn’t rotate my tires but make me sit there 1.5 hours and at the end said they cannot rotate. I have a coupon and the guy still charge me $60 plus for an oil change. It should be 50% off. Plus, the tech leave all my lights inside on and didn’t turn off. They didn’t even reset my oil gage. Ridiculous. I went back and they do nothing. Man this is really back. 10% satisfying. I should have been refund the full amount for making me sit there and wait and at the end was told cannot do.

The service writer was nice. I was very upset about the amount of time it took to get my car done. It was just an appointment for an oil change which I told would be an hour. It ended up being just shy of 2 hours. I expressed my disappointment to the service writer. He told me they were down to one person doing oil changes since they pulled one guy to do a trailer hitch. So I had an appointment but your dealership is more worried about getting something done for someone who must have just made a car deal and needed the trailer hitch done. Very upsetting that you do not value someone's time that had an appointment. I will not be using your service department or dealership again. I will let people know my experience there and how you do not value customers time. Only people buying a new car and the salesman getting their sale in.

The driver side mirror that was put in during service was defective but I called Lucas back and he got parts ordered right away. Now just waiting for his call back when the parts arrive. Lucas has great customer service and is professional.
