My rims are all scratched up from my tire rotation , my vehicle has 4400 miles on it and now all 4 rims have scratches from YOUR service dept . I was suppose to get a call to work something out and never did . Pretty sad you pay $36000 for a new vehicle and after the dealership does the 1st tire rotation all the rims are scratched .

My satisfaction is with Lucas's efforts to do it right. This was the 2nd time I came to Rapids for the same steering wheel issue, the first time I was told the problem is with the rear, I did as I was advised and paid but was not fixed. Lucas took time to make sure it was done right before calling me for pick up, first it failed with the resurfacing of the rotar. He called me after another test drive after replacing the rotar. But I think I was overcharged, for resurfacing and again for replacing the rotar in addition to my lost day, waiting almost all day. Again Lucas did a good job completing the job.
