I’ve left two message - one with service rep and one for the service manager. Neither have been returned.
I was handed my oil change paperwork and sent on my way. When reviewing later at home, I noticed a page about a potential repair. I’d like more info - was the part replaced, do I need to schedule another appt?? The courtesy of a return phone call would be nice.
