Chad greeted me with a smile as soon as he walked into the Service area. He answered my questions I had about Oil changes. When I come in for The Butler Service every six months I'm notified it can take up to 4 hours, but when I say I'm waiting he said he'd request that service be done as soon as possible. I was done with in two hours which opened my day to 2 extra hours. Thank you Chad & Service person. I love Coon Rapids Honda.

My understanding is that a shuttle was available if you lived 10 miles away. I was frustrated that a shuttle wasn’t available. I would have scheduled my day differently or chosen a different day to get my vehicle oil change done. Everyone was very nice but I needed to still be working and would have brought my laptop if I knew a shuttle wouldn’t be available.

I live in Cambridge and halfway home my low tire pressure came on!! Very frustrating and an anxious feeling being a 65 year old widow who can’t kneel on her knees or squat down to address the issue. It’s a scary world out there for people my age, who do you trust to help you nowadays. I had the same issue before and took it back in about 3xs to your shop. Finally took it to Fleet Farm and paid between $30 -$50 for them to put a new bead on.. no trouble after that!! Very disappointed and frustrated with you guys and tires. The other service was fine.
