Went in for just an oil change. Booked an appointment 2 weeks out for 3:15. Arrive at 3:10 and get told it will be an hour for a simple oil change. They did not finish their service until 5! Almost two hours to complete a scheduled in advance simple basic oil change. Absolutely terrible service and will never go back.

I had an appointment for 1:30 pm for an oil change. My car was not even looked at until 2:41. What is the purpose of requiring appointments if you don't honor the time? It was over an hour of unplanned time of mine that was wasted.

A diagnostic should include a engine scan regardless of the issue at hand,
I paid over 130$ for them to tell my my dust shield was bent, when really the breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. Got my car back with messed up breaks still and the check engine light on. I called and complained and they looked at it again, wanted to charge me 1400$ to replace breaks and rotors!???????? and then I asked about the check engine light. And he wanted me to pay another diagnostic fee, you guys are predatory my god ????
