When I arrived for service, I was checked in by 2 different porters before being walked over to the service advisor Molly. What a waste of resources When I was waiting in the cafe area, I was approached by 3 different salesmen trying to sell be another new car, while getting my brand new car serviced It felt very uncomfortable sitting at the dealership, and I’m not inclined to return for services at Roseville Toyota next time. I’ll try another Toyota location for my 15k service and if it the same predator sales BS I felt on Saturday I won’t ever buy another Toyota

This was my 4th round trip to Roseville Toyota, commuting up from San Francisco. I am not in possession of my promised 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, which was purchased a month ago because of the lack to detail and care of Toyota Services and their contractor Grant's Auto. The work did not meet any minimal expectation of the Due Bill. The poor quality and workmanship was very noticeable, every person there agreed with the glaring failure. This issue was so obvious that even the sales representative, Steven, agreed and was on my side when on the phone with his contact. This was offensive to have me drive up to Roseville this many times and keep facing problems. I have been so patient, understanding, and respectful. Ask every person who has worked with me and find that I have not raised my voice, but now I can no longer comprehend how my time, energy, and money is being toyed with. I told Steven that I was not mad at him, and that this was not in his control. However, I am still upset overall because I tried everything to help by calling into Toyota services multiple times to make sure everything was cleared before I made the drive up. I was assured all was fine. Where was the quality control? How is it that no one walked around the vehicle to make sure the job was done right and followed the Due Bill as it was explicitly spelled out? Grant's Auto did a horrible paint job that they themselves should not have let leave their shop, they even had an extra day to work. The bumper that they were supposed to repair came back with a dent still. I have all pictures to prove. They did not even work on the doors that was ordered in the Due Bill. All of this work should have been checked by Toyota before letting me drive 4hrs up in traffic, not counting having to go home empty handed without the vehicle that I paid for and have been waiting on. The windshield was not repaired on time as promised, the exhaust tip placed on was not a TRD exhaust tip as stated in the due bill. This list goes on. If this cannot be done right, then I would like to have my shop of choice to pick from. This is the first review I have replied to. I know that this is an internal survey. I have been waiting to give better reviews once I received my promised vehicle. I am more than ready now to comment on Yelp, Google, Toyota forums, FJ forums, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and all of my social contacts. Please understand my frustration, if not, I can gather others who will understand. How much patience can a person humanly exhibit? I am now waiting for my vehicle with no specific details on how all these concerns will be answered or time frame of fix. I am hoping all of this is made right. Sincerely, Ethan D

Still prefer the assistant to come and tell us when the vehicle is ready We didn’t know he texted us half an hour before. We were waiting in the lounge area. Very impersonal this time. Also no car wash. Otherwise the car runs great! We did have some questions but all too busy to ask
