I got an email stating my apt was at 3:15 pm on 9/3/19 and a text stating my apt was at 3:30 pm?
This is the 2nd time I was recently asked for a complimentary car wash when I brought in my vehicle in for service and it wasn’t done? Why ask??

Michael North was fantastic. Very personable. The best service I’ve had. Unfortunately my experience with the sales dept was not. While waiting for my truck I was shown newer models per an email invitation of a vehicle exchange program from roseville Toyota, during so the sales associate received a phone call were he said he was with a customer. The gentleman on the other end which I was unfortunate enough to hear replied “**** her”. The sales associate was clearly embarrassed. I’m not sure if he knew I heard. I didn’t say anything to him

Service advisor didn’t call when vehicle was ready after oil change completed. I waited for almost 2 hours for routine oil change. I had to go find another advisor as service advisor was not at desk to check to see if vehicle was ready which it was. Also service tag numbers were swapped so took more time to find the vehicle in the lot. I requested a car wash which I don’t believe was completed.
