Derek knows his job. He let me know what was going to be done,was up beat and had the right answer to all my questions .My key remote were not working right, so I brought batteries,to see if this helps. If not he suggest to bring it in and have a digest test in the door. I hope we don't have to go that far,however if we do I will certainly ask for DDerek. Thank you very much. Peter

Chris Martinez and all involved with the repair of our Toyota Corolla did an outstanding job on the car. It was repaired in one day. At one point, it looked as if the job might run into being a couple days, due to a damaged inventory part. Chris called us mid day and even offered a loaner car if necessary. It wasn’t needed, but we appreciated the early notification and nice gesture. Most importantly, Chris and the Toyota people continued on our work order and found, from another source’s inventory, the part they needed to complete the repair without having to order it. That was awesome. And totally appreciated. Got the car back in less than 5 hours and it’s running great! Thanks again to the mechanics and Chris Martinez. ????

My service representative was fine except for getting a hold of me to let me know of further work to be done. He told me he called twice to update me while I was waiting and I had no record of the calls. I happened to walk up to service area at the latest time my car should have been completed and was asked if I got his calls. Once I was given the quote and declined the service, I got my car within minutes. He was very friendly and efficient checking me in and checking me out, I just felt I waited longer than I needed to.
