Roseville Toyota Auto Repair Service

Don't get me wrong the job was do perfectly but when I looked at the car, the car wash was terrible. Other wise I thank you guys for your service. On a a pervious visit, you guys helped me by finding as many discounts you could to help this poor old lady with a limited income. So Thank you again.

There was no service done. You never do what you say. The customer service was horrible I was not in there on this day. It’s been over a week because o went on vacation. A supervisor was supposed to call me to release my warranty so I can get the electrical problem fix. With my car. I utterly hate having to deal with your establishment every time I bring my car there it is a problem and it is never m. This has been the worse experience ever. So please have a supervisor call so that I can get my car repaired. I have already spoken with the warranty company and they have approved for me to take it to Roseville Honda since it is a Honda to have the work done. I will be trying to call since I am back from vacation. It would be very helpful if I can get that call back without any more delays. Thank you. And as for the person who I worked with when I did come in 2 weeks ago. He is not a v ry hon st man. He was no help he witnessed the light who’s they reported as a bulb problem being on before I left because he had to come about and turn them all off before I left and I am certain he did not put that in his report that he saw it come on so it has to be an electrical problem. Which unlike he reported would be covered. Because that’s with warranty person told me. I dread having to come and deal with your establishment every time.

Everything that was promised to get done did get done and on time and I got a free car wash

Chris, as he has been during previous visits, was not only accommodating but also very helpful. He has been outstanding with whatever we’ve worked on. I had my 120K service today and Chris just recently helped me get four new Yokohamas on my Camry. He’s excellent and I appreciate him very much, along with the rest of the Roseville Toyota staff.

Paul was professional and courteous. He ensured I understood all my options with today's service.

I'm not sure my tires were rotated as I believe I requested, but then I am not sure I was charged either. It may be just me. These guys are great.

Had my tire rotation and it was shaky when I drove it. Went back for the second time to have them balance it for free but it was the same. It wasn’t fixed. first time I’ve had my tire rotation and result was messed up. I’m unhappy with the service. Frustrating to keep going back with same problem and should’ve been ok the first time I went back .
