I sent it in with three requests, oil change, diagnose a leak and review my brakes When I picked it up the oil change was overlooked. Also the diagnosis was that mud was the culprit for the seal being damaged...I can’t believe that part of the cost or recommendation wouldnt be to wash off the remaining dirty areas of my undercarriage or seal areas also the leak was diagnosed but the area was still covered in fluid I just though the dealer experience would be more thorough especially since it wasn’t about cost for me just getting my vehicle fixed and maintenance performed to make it long lasting, I had to say at the counter that I guess I will have to go somewhere else for an oil change and you were so busy with other customers there was zero effort to make the situation right. Sean was fine as far as communicating the issue as he saw it but the end result was no better than taking it to Midas or some other chain so I do not think I will use this service again and pay the premium. I do like the gimmick of quoting a high price then saying I am getting a discount that is a cute touch I would rather just get a fair price instead of Walmart like roll back prices that seem half hearted at best. If I ever come back I will just be more precise about how you need to service my vehicle because anticipating a customers needs is not in your interest. But you got paid for doing the bare minimum. Also when I initially called the service desk the woman asked me why was wrong and I was very thorough but when my vehicle arrived Sean called me and the only thing she wrote down was oil change...which Sean called me about and we laughed about the idea of being towed to a dealership for an oil change...ironic the oil change never occurred. Overall not a great experience will not recommend and will only use service in the Future when other options are prohibitive.

Michael North is very professional and efficient with his customer care. I might think of changing to a different company to get service because it is inconvenient to stay and wait for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and not having a shuttle for customers. It would be less expenses for your company but you would loose loyal customers. I go to Toyota Roseville for convenience that I can go home with the shuttle but now I would think twice of getting service at your shop.
