I was only not fully satisfied because of the inconvenience while I waited for an error to be fixed and I was short on time. Steve was great though. He called me with an update and explained that a part has been broken by a technician and I would need to wait another half hour. Unfortunately it was more like an hour and I was needing to leave. But Steve got me my car and gave me a voucher for free gas and car wash. He did make the best of a bad situation he couldn’t control.
