Rebekah was great!! The young man who checked me in was great! Everyone in the service Dept was great. When I went to the sales Dept to discuss some unfinished business; I felt they didn’t care about the issue and then they took my number (cell) and said they’d work on it and call me. DID NOT GET THAT CALL!! Didn’t surprise me though. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with Roseville Toyota anymore and neither will my family. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Roseville Toyota. Should have stayed with Chevy!!

I had an appt. for yesterday to have the oil changed in my Venza at 3:20 pm. At 4:30 pm I went to Mike Webster,s desk to ask if my car was ready. He checked and told me that they hadn’t started on it yet. When I asked what advantage it was to have an appointment he said sometimes things just get backed up. 10 minutes later he told me that I had brought the wrong synthetic motor oil (5w20). I purchase oil elsewhere because it’s much cheaper. Mike was not apologetic at all for the slow service and I’m not sure I’ll be back.
