Steve was awesome. I arrived unscheduled to get a key made with the cost being picked up by the manufacturer. Steve was on hold for 30+ minutes with Toyota verifying the warranty. This threw his schedule off with other customers but he quickly called in reinforcements to handle his customers so they wouldn't have to wait. I left very happy and so did they.
