The service rep was not around when we came to pick-up our vehicle. We saw 2 other Reps talking to each other and asked for help. They said they would page our rep, but never did. Another rep came by a little later and took care of us. We were done and waiting on our car to be delivered when our rep finally came back, but he walked right by and ignored us.
