Long story but in the end the dealership could not resolve what they say is "within tolerance" issue. To add, I was trying to be loyal to the dealership I purchased the car from. This meant driving 1 hour to get the vehicle seen. Shane recommended that it would have been better to just go ahead and visit one of the dealers between my house and Roseville. It was not the comment I was expecting. I for one will not want to visit the Roseville service department unless totally necessary.

I have to give Mr Webster a high rating for customer service, I advised him that I would be waiting for my vehicle and he came to me in the food court and advised me what was wrong with my brakes which I thought was awesome and got my truck to me in a timely manner, the only thing is the issue with my truck should have been caught at my 30,000 mile inspection according to Mr Webster, my fault for not asking for maybe a 10% discount on my repairs but other than that I’m happy.

I was happy to see Mike Webster there at Toyota. I had known Mike for over 10 years at Nissan where I routinely serviced my Sentra. Mike has incredible customer service. So much that I had I always wanted to contact Nissan to let them know what a great employee they have. Mike is always friendly, helpful, and has offered great advice to me on several occasions. Well, better late than never, and now I am writing.
Anyhow, I am looking forward to having Moke as our service advisor for our Sienna. You truly have a great employee amongst your staff.

My dissatisfaction wasn’t with Michael. It is the poor quality of my tire rotation.
Steering wheel shakes, didn’t before the rotation. and now I need to come back another time, when I don’t have the time.
A test drive may have prevented me from coming back in.
