Mike, please pass the type of customer service you offer, to Toyota of Elk Grove. Their service and follow up is a disgrace to Toyota as a whole. I have been dealing with a Toyota since 2001 and never have a had the follow up on a customer when a fleet manager is off to pass a customer to another service person. Unheard of there, disgracefully.
