Auxiliary battery in my Prius was replaced. My trunk was left in a mess. I had shopping bags and other things there that I did not know should have been removed. They had been pushed aside, bags crumpled up, and other items strewn across the trunk. I did not expect everything to be put back exactly as it was found but it was unnecessary for them to have left everything in such a mess. Very disappointing.

My desk representative and cafe clerk were hospitable and timely, but it took over 15 minutes to get my car after receiving a text saying my car was ready to go. The valet staff seemed frustrated and they were not as hospitable. As stated before it took over 15 minutes for them to “find” my car after it was claimed “ready”. About 5 people after me got their car before me. Only one valet staff member noticed I had been waiting long, I think she was the manager, and she handled retrieving my car personally. This was my first time getting my car serviced after buying my car from this location a couple of months ago, and it wasn’t the best experience. Not only was my car “lost” for over 15 minutes when done, I had an appointment at 9am. I arrived early at 8:45am and didn't leave the services department until about 11:30am. In the future, I would like updates on the status on my car because I was not expecting to be there that long. My representative said it would take at the latest 1 hour and 30 minutes. I understand there were a lot of people there, but I had an appointment and I was early to my appointment. Communication within the services department could be better for the sake of the customer.

There was a big mess up on the ordering of my snow tires. Michael was not the one who messed up but took full responsibility for it, called me after I got home and told me he had found my tires and stayed late so that I could return and have them installed. A big thank you to the installer who stayed after hours to install the tires - sorry, don’t know his name but Michael will. Ask him!
