Felt like a number, because issue with vehicle couldn't be resolved in the 10 min tech time frame the issue was blamed on non toyota issues and when asked what the issues where i was advised it would cost me 150+ dollars to have the tech list them.

I was told that the center consul was not loose and they could not really do much for the rattle. Also this was the second time I had them look at my sunroof because the striping keeps coming off. They are ordering the parts now but I was told they replaced it the first time but they just put the old broken part back on.

This was my first time at Roseville Toyota. My experience was above awesome. Jim has wonder customer service and he is very wise when it comes to trying to figure out what the problem is. His communication about the issue with my car was great. I was in and out on 1 1/2 hours. I love the cafe and the whole atmosphere.
