Took almost 2 hours for a simple tire rotation! He never gave me updates on why it was taking so long. When I asked him, he said the mechanic was asking if I want the brake pads changed, which Jon did not ask me or relayed to me. Then, a simple car wash was not done as they promised (it was not raining that day, and the valet boy told me that that it will be washed if it’s not raining). I think 2 hours is not acceptable for a simple tire rotation! I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I was waiting for my vehicle for 2 hours when the service was quoted as 1 hr. It was only when I went to check with the service advisor that I found my vehicle had been done for 1/2 hour and the notification system was running behind. When I got home 45 minutes later I received a text saying I could pick up my vehicle. Very frustrating.
