I spent over $1000 and didn’t get a car wash or get interior vacuumed. I deliberately asked also and was told I would get one. Also I was told the tire light was on and I asked to fill each tire to see if it would go away. If it didn’t I was supposed to be told so I could decide on getting the sensor looked at further. That didn’t happen and I drove away with an unclean car and the tire light on not knowing if it’s the sensor of if the tires were ever filled with air. I was also told when I called this morning that a service advisor would call me back. I didn’t hear from anyone so I called again 2.5 hours later. Again I was told someone would call me. Nobody did. Instead I got a text that my car was completed. As stated previously it wasn’t. Very unprofessional on several fronts. I don’t blame Corry my original service advisor because he communicated well the day I brought it in and I knew he would be off today. But the lack of communication and follow thru from others was not good at all. First time taking my car in to Roseville Toyota since I just moved from downtown sac and used to go to maita. I hope this isn’t normal. And I would like some feedback from all of this.
