I texted back my service advisor and let him know that my community parking pass was missing for my vehicle when I got home. We happen to get charged $10 per pass so now I'm having to replace that. This is the second time I've had service at Toyota and something's been lost. The time before it was my keys!

i was not informed that parts for buld was just less than $2 but the labor was way $40 and x 2 . If i known earlier i would not just replaced the bulb myself. i was just there for an oil change which my priority during this pandemic times.
