Service was great but the rental department was not very clear that they weren’t taking care of the cost of the rentaluntil I called them and had to argue with them and pay for it myself anyway because that department wouldn’t accept my license because it was expired that I understand but I also had DMV papers saying I already have a valid license it’s just lost in the mail somewhere because of the Covid-19 virus issues and it literally affecting everything. This was not my fault but they were kind of rude and I felt like I was being punished for spending close to 500.00 to get my car worked on at This specific Toyota and will most likely seek other means of getting my car serviced as well as my husband with his CH-R.
