Even though my car engine stalled because the air filter wasn’t properly placed back/installed after the recall part was replace and the maintenance service was done; the service center owned up to the mistake and rechecked my car and fixed it. They fixed it free of charge, gave me a coupon for a free tank of gas and are in process of reimbursing me for the tow I had to call to bring it back to the service center. It was a simple mistake that they owned up to and fixed. So I’m satisfied with their service.

Expected employees driving my car to wear a mask. Also expected some kind of seat covering to be used and a thorough wipe down of drivers controls.
Definitely saw my car being driven by employee without a mask and asked my check in agent about that and was just told that she should be. Didn’t see evidence of wipe down.

I had a receipt with a code for a car wash on it by the gear shift and when I got to the gas station to use it just now, it was gone. Everything in that part of the console was messed with/taken out and out on the passenger seat (for some reason). I’m really annoyed about it cause that’s $10 I’ll never see again plus I had to put everything back where it belonged.

The girl that checked me in was extremely nice. The reason I am not satisfied with the service is because I had made an appointment. After two hours of waiting I decided to go ask how much longer only to find out my car was done an hour and a half before this and nobody called or text me. Then I had to wait for the valet to bring my car which was parked at the customer pick up and they told me it wasn’t my car... after waiting for another 20 minutes I told them once again that was my car and they said the tags must have been mixed up. I was at the dealership for three hours when it could have been one or less.

Wanted to get oil changed while there getting tires rotated because of covid and
everything and she said I didn’t have any oil changed left and tried to sell me more of the plan when I have the plus plan.. had to call when got home and talked to someone different Nd they pulled it right up.. so now I’ll have to take my 4 runner back in when I’m still working and this covid going around.. and your sales people and employees not in service area but where the soda counter is we’re not wearing mask or social distancing one employee was in there sneezing and coughing all over so went out side to wait
