Kyle did his best but I think he was just overloaded on Tuesday when my truck was supposed to be done. The only part I was not happy with was the fact that I was trying to contact Kyle from 2-6 just to see if my truck was done cause I needed it for work the next day. I never got a call back or answer no matter how many times I called. I finally got a call ten minutes before closing. I just hate being left out of the loop because it happens EVERY time I take my truck to Toyota no matter who the service advisor is. I just feel like it should be the other way around instead of me trying everything I can do just to TRY and get ahold of somebody about my truck. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

I am not sure why the technician took everything out of my center console and put it in a bag and then just left it on the floor. They also took my keys apart and left them in the cup holder. No one at this facility has done this before and I didn't like it.

The car is working fine, but when I got home I noticed a bunch of sun flower seeds sprinkled in the back of the car (I had just vacuumed my car before taking it in) and a piece of plastic was broken off from the middle console.
