I had an appointment for 1. I was on time and it took 1.5 hrs to get my car. The service rep at the desk was very kind but I couldn't hear what he was saying due to the mask he was wearing, while sitting behind a plastic barrier.

The only suggestion I have is as soon as the service done with my vehicle or any vehicle it should be wiped down with disaffected wipe. Yes the device wears gloves and a mask; however, the service person would take their mask off when in the car alone. Not safe since Covid is airborne. It puts them at risk along putting me at risk when entering my car when they have their mask off in my car with windows rolled up. Air circulation would be safe if windows rolled down. Also service people would touch their face with their gloves on. Teach them about safety privations so they stay safe: that was my experience as I observed. Thank you
