Bugged me to come in for a Complementary service, sent my wife, you guys told her her tire had an Unrepairable unrepairable nail in the tire and that it was leaking air to scar her to buy a $185 tire. My complementary service cost me a very Expensive tire. Very upset, never coming back, took forever, never buy cars from Roseville Toyota again. After called and complained, man I spoke with was insulting, never coming back to Roseville Toyota, telling everyone I know and writing as many reviews as I can

While Corey and service area team did a good job with the service, I appreciate the extra protection provided for COVID-19 by wearing mask and gloves. But, totally disappointed in waiting area. Floor sales people were not wearing masks. Cafe staff were not wearing mask or gloves. Day time auto service requests I saw were mostly by Senior citizens. Your dealership is being irresponsible by not enforcing 6 ft social distancing and no ppe by cafe staff in the waiting room area.

Didn't tell me about several other repairs that were easy but needed for my car. Specifically asked if I need a new battery and was told no to then read in my paperwork that I did and new filters. Never coming here again I will stick to folsom lake Toyota instead.

I already did a survey. He was fine, several people wore masks, but several staff didn’t. I was told it was a safe environment to spend 3.5 hours in. But surfaces were not wiped down, not even in the eating area, as was claimed when I asked before coming and the lady in the cafe wore no mask. So I feel I was misled.
