Great people and service but could improve basic Covid 19 protections. No hand sanitizer at station at 8 am. Common pen. Give pens away or wipe. Some employees without masks making friendly but unnecessary remarks within 6 feet. People driving your vehicle without masks, then putting them on when they get out of the car. These things are easy to fix. Basically it’s 6 foot distance no common contact and masks when talking or inside the car. Hopefully your customers will try to do the same for you.

Poor customer service.. I had one tire replaced.. How difficult could that be. It’s
not like you are rebuilding or replacing an engine motor. Needless to say
when my vehicle was ready to pick up. Your employee did not replace with tire cap on it. It was missing. I had to complain and until Miguel(Very helpful) resolved the issue.
Every time I go to Roseville Toyota dealership for repairs, my customer experience has been horrible. I‘my sure it’s documented on your files. So read for
yourself the notes on my file. I know for sure, I will not recommend this place for
repairs or will I ever buy another Toyota vehicle again. Word of mouth travels faster than these surveys. Because, you need to change the attitude of your work force or tell them to change their address or quit. Because they sure are promoting poor customer service experiences.
Good Luck! My next car will not be a Toyota. You lost a committed buyer of Toyota vehicles. Improve your services or fire no conscience employees. Change is good
