Well it was just a matter of tires that service says I needed because it is an all wheel drive vehicle. .but I specify asked that question when I purchased the car at Rosevilke Toyota that I was told NO. once again dealership double talk..and customer pays through the nose for it. NO affect will having the insurance for tires and wheels..less on learned....moving on to another dealership.

The actual car service was good quality. Service was quick. The only issue I had was there wasn’t a consistent use of masks by all employees and do feel the interior of the cars should have been cleaned instead of a quick clean of the high touch areas.

I took my vehicle back because the car was left with stains from when the paint protector for the front of the car and stain protection were added back on May 6th. The person in charge told me to take in in to get the car detailed to see if the stains would come out. Turn out that both side mirrors were damaged (discolored) as well as other parts of the trim. When I went to pick up the car I was told the parts would be ordered and the paint protector would have to be fixed because it was peeling in the front of the hood. And to a bigger surprise that the car that was supposed to be detailed was not. It was not washed, and I had to ask to have them vacuum the car. Starting off on the wrong foot. I was planning to take my car to get its regular service checks in Roseville but with the experience I have had I will probably take my business elsewhere.
