absolutely!!! Every single staff treated me exceptionally well. After I was at home reflecting on my experience, I realized that your folks, while being mindful that time is money and efficiency counts, still took time to engage in short unrelated side conversations with customers With the missing elements resulting sheltering in place and social distancing, this was refreshing. The only negative I have about yesterday was that I opted to not take advantage of the complimentary coffee because I observed counter staff handling everything without gloves or masks even though the box of gloves was there in plain sight.

My husband is on immunosuppressants and is therefore in a high risk category for Covid-19 and it's effects. Your service area, and processes are NOT setup to protect people from getting this deadly virus;-( He was first shoved into a small unventilated room with several other people, including some without masks! He was made to stand in there and wait for 15+ mins while another customer made up his mind on what service(s) he wanted on his vehicle. He then had to go and talk with another person in another building (no mask either) and interact with that person...at that point he had made contact with 3 people in your service area. Then he was told to wait...he had to walk over by the sales office to get socially distanced from others! The appointment which generally takes 1 hour (simple oil change and tire rotation) took double the time--2 hours;-( When they called him he had to interact with yet another service person...(number 4). There was no things done to make him feel safe as far as who had been in his vehicle, had they used disinfectant wipes on the steering wheel, shift, key, etc...anything they touched? There was no mention of whether or not the employees that are interacting with the customers or their cars had been tested or monitored. You need 1) Only one contact person per customer...or as few as possible. No way should one customer have to interact with 5 different people...some without masks;-( If anyone of the 5, or the customer has active covid-19 virus and are asymptomatic that would be 6 people infected! Then their families, and God knows how many other customers. 2) Ens ou re all employees are tested regularly. 3) All employees should wear masks. 4) when the car is brought to the front for pickup by the customer they should use disinfectant on the steering wheel, door handles, shifter, etc...everything they have touched. 5) If you are going to have customers in small closed spaces you should only allow them in one at a time. 6) The waiting area should allow for social distancing. All in all not a good experience in light of the fact we are in the midst of a pandemic.

I was unhappy with the multiple people in the service area when I drove up who were not wearing gloves or masks. I had to, more than once, as someone who was going to touch my car to please put on gloves and a mask

Alexander was great. Initially I asked my tire pressure to be set to 37 and I would adjust it to the proper levels in the morning. Alexander put 37 on a sheet of paper and gave it to me. The technician that worked on my car set it to 34. Once I pulled my car around Alexander got the floor foreman and he fixed the issue. The previous oil change the same thing happened. All 4 of the tires had a different reading. For some reason the technicians are unable to follow simple instructions. Also waiting an hour for a simple oil change also seems a bit longing. I’ll try Miata toyota for my next oil change. .
