We were told when scheduling the appointment that it would only be “no more than an hour.” When we checked in to our scheduled service appointment five minutes ahead of our appointment time, we were then told it would be “at least 90 minutes.” While the 90-minute estimate on the day of the appointment was accurate (I believe we were dispatched at 90 minutes on the dot), we had made other arrangements based on the 60-minute time. I understand that it may have taken longer due to walk-ins without appointments, but customers that have taken the time to schedule appointments should have priority.

Mr. Cory Lunsford was a great and kind service advisor. Only con was that I made an Appointment for my oil change and it took about 2 1/2 hours and a lady came in after me and was done 30 minutes before me. Not sure why that happened when we both got the same service done and she got her tires rotated also and I did not.
