Kyle was kind...no problem there. We have purchased FIVE vehicles from you. My 2020 Corolla had bad tires which were replaced as a "courtesy" because tires are not covered under the warranty. I drove off the lot with bad tires...not something I did. I drove 2 hrs and 45 minutes EACH WAY. I drove 178 miles EACH WAY. I was given a loaner but I had to make sure the tank was full when I returned it. I also had to put gas in my vehicle. It would have been nice for YOU to pay for my gas in BOTH vehicles. No one in my family will ever purchase a car from Roseville Toyota again. And, my salesman, Patrick Brookins? I gave him all high ratings...huge mistake.
