Very happy with the service & speed it was completed.
I do have one question. Why did all the service people wear face masks, but the ladies working in cafe had no masks and they were handling food & drinks for customers?

Service person very pleasant . I was not however aware of the seatbelt recall
until I arrived . Knowing it was a safety issue I decided to authorize the work but had I known , I could have made transportation previous arrangements on when I received a call from the service depart staff to verify I would be keeping Monday’s appointment on Saturday .

Overall and usually get outstanding service, though today, waited an hour to complete my 115,000 service to hear my battery I bought there 30 months ago from Roseville Toyota was shot and need to be replaced and I needed a new air filter in the engine, which took an additional hour to do. Seems a little excessive on my time for what was performed on my car. I have bought several cars from Roseville Toyota but if a simple service is going to start running 2 hours of my time, I may rethink where I purchase my next vehicle, December this year.

I came in for a front brake replacement and my brakes are squeaking still. The customer service Steve gave was great however I am dissatisfied with the service on my van. I now have to go back the dealership and have a technician drive with me to if there is a problem. I expect more from a dealership who I assume specializes on Toyota cars.
