Shane clearly explained what was needed to properly maintain my 4Runner, and he communicated with me throughout the entire service. I appreciate his guidance and excellent customer service. When I return for my next service, I will be requesting Shane as my Service Advisor.

I was out in approx 45 minutes which was great.
When I called the Toyota service that was on a card mailed to me, the woman said yes to my being able to have my car washed.
But when I arrived at my scheduled time the people checking me in said that the car wash was not open.
But, everyone at Roseville Toyota service was polite and very accommodating.
